LUIS A. VALENTIN
Luis A. Valentin is the CEO and Head Security Officer of Vet Sec HD. With 10+ years in the security industry, he has been able to master his craft in the modern era of security. As a veteran of the United States Marine Corps with combat experience; he prides himself on giving back to his brothers, sisters and comrades returning home from combat. Therefore, two-thirds of VetSec HD's personnel are made up of military personnel who seek to transfer their skill-set into civilian life. Luis believes that they can implement the discipline and leadership traits instilled in them and apply them when safeguarding people or assets. Luis joined the US Marine Corp at 18 years old in order to be independent and for an opportunity to serve and protect his country. He traveled from Boston, MA cross country to Camp Pendleton, CA. He soon joined the U.S.M.C. elite Olympic boxing team and completed his service with a tour in Afghanistan all inside of 5 years. This experience changed his life and made him realize that he wanted to incorporate safeguarding and servicing the many into his future career. While finding a new home on the west coast after his military days, he found himself with an opportunity to be in the security services industry and understands what it requires to be successful. Therefore, on top of providing the highest level of security; Luis now looks forward to giving back to his veteran community and helping guide those who have a tough time transitioning to the civilian sector.

C.O.O. and co-owner of VetSec HD; Jose Alfonso Ramirez handles the day-to-day operations statewide. Jose’s expertise lies in developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, providing outstanding client service and driving profitable revenue growth. Prior to joining Vet Sec HD, Jose was the supervisor at California Custom Fruit and Flavors, Inc. (CCFF), where he had a decade of experience with overseeing multiple departments and sectors. He was solely responsible for over $1.5 Billion in revenue across California and Greenwood, Indiana. Through this company, he also learned to manage multiple departments and clientele, maintain inventory distribution and supply chain and problem solve/stabilize discrepancies both physically and systematically. All these tasks have taught him how to lead, communicate well and set-up a company for expansion the right way. Born in Mexico and raised in The United States. As a young foreigner, Jose made himself aware of the value of living in America. Therefore he values, respects, and honors our Troops and Veterans. Jose wishes to give back to Veterans and provide new job opportunities. Even at a young age, Jose was raised to become a hard worker and be responsible and independent. For Jose, there were no excuses for failure, he would see them as life lessons.

As a Human Resources professional at Vet Sec HD Security Company, she is dedicated to supporting both its employees and the overall success of its organization. She oversees essential HR functions including: recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations, and ensures the team operates efficiently and professionally.
Rosa takes pride in building and maintaining a reliable and well-trained security workforce that aligns with the company’s mission to provide dependable, high-quality security services. By working closely with both management and staff, Rosa is able to foster a supportive and accountable work environment. With a strong focus on professionalism, attention to detail, and a people-first approach; she committed to promoting growth, teamwork, and excellence across the organization which directly impacts the client positively as the end result.

Eunice serves as Human Resources at Vet Sec HD's branch and satellite offices. Since there are multiple operations and projects going on at once, Eunice is a valuable extension of the Human Resources Department especially her ability to conduct day-to-day HR tasks away from Vet Sec HD's corporate office.
MARCUS COLEMAN
FIELD SUPERVISOR
Marcus is a dedicated and experienced professional with a strong background in technology, operations management, and customer service. Prior to this position, he gained extensive experience in technical support, satellite installation, and logistics, which strengthened his problem-solving and hands-on technical skills. Marcus’ background in IT and computer systems allowed him to quickly adapt to new technologies and troubleshoot operational issues effectively. He has also held multiple management roles where he supervised teams, handled payroll, inventory, and ensured overall operational efficiency.
Currently serving as a Field Supervisor with Vet Sec HD; Marcus oversees site operations, ensures compliance with client expectations, and manages security personnel to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. He is responsible for training guards on site protocols, reporting procedures, and proper use of equipment such as scanning systems for CSI employee access. Furthermore, he also conducts site orientations, enforces safety standards, and ensures all guards adhere to company policies and client requirements. His role requires strong leadership, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle incidents professionally while prioritizing safety at all times.

As a Print Specialist at Vet Sec HD, Elvia brings a strong combination of creativity, precision, and production expertise to every project. She specializes in delivering high-quality custom printing solutions that helps businesses, organizations and individuals elevate their brand presence. Elvia's experience includes producing branded apparel, promotional products, large-format signage, and custom graphics tailored to each project’s vision. From concept to final production, she focuses on detail, consistency and quality to ensure every piece makes a lasting impact.
At Vet Sec HD, she is committed to providing reliable delivery and efficient turnaround times, and professional results that are earmarked for that particular project. Whether supporting marketing initiatives, events or everyday business needs; her goal is to transform ideas into polished, tangible products that stand out. Serving as Vet Sec HD's in-house Print Specialist; Elvia validates that Vet Sec HD's custom designed tactical equipment/gear will pass QC and ensures that all security and emergency related signage and marquees are visible at each client site.
